To keep your experience smooth and transparent, here's all you need to know about our shipping and return policies.

Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON $115+ PURCHASE OR $10 FLAT-RATE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS. SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY. NO CODE REQUIRED.

Order Processing: We process orders within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Methods & Rates: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can choose from standard or expedited shipping options.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options reduce delivery time accordingly.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within Canada and to select international locations. Please note international shipping times may vary and customs fees may apply.

Designs Teeparel is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with Postal Service
- International Duties or Customs Charges—we will reach out to you if this is a possibility
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot offer returns at this time. We encourage you to carefully review product details and sizing charts before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error (i.e. wrong color, size or design), we can offer a free replacement if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery and we will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.

Order Modification

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the needed modification. For best chances, please do so within 1–2 hours of ordering as we can only cancel or modify orders before they enter the printing process.
